1. What REEX is

REEX is a workplace-simulation platform. You read a brief, do the work offline in ordinary software, and submit your files and written answers back to the platform.

Programs are educational exercises. The companies, managers, clients and scenarios in them are fictional. Nothing in a program is an offer of employment, an internship, or a relationship with any real organisation, whether or not a real organisation's name or brand appears anywhere on the platform.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password secure.

One account per person. Do not share an account, and do not let anyone else complete a program on your behalf.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in Jordan. If you are under that age, you may only use REEX with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Automated evaluation

Your submissions are evaluated automatically by an AI system against the criteria published for each stage. No person reviews your work as a matter of course.

Automated evaluation is not perfect. Scores and written feedback are an educational assessment, not a professional certification of your ability, and they may contain errors.

You get one retry per stage. If you do not pass on the retry, the result is recorded and the next stage opens so that you can continue the program.

We may re-run an evaluation to correct a technical fault. Where we do, the most recent result stands. A certificate that has already been issued keeps the details it was issued with.

4. Certificates

When you complete every stage of a program we issue a certificate to your account. It records what you completed, when, and the score you achieved.

A certificate is issued by us and states only that you completed a REEX program. It is not an academic qualification, a professional licence, or an accreditation by any third party, unless the certificate itself explicitly says otherwise and names the accrediting body.

Do not alter a certificate or misrepresent what it says. We may revoke a certificate obtained through cheating, impersonation, or a breach of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit work that is not your own, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Do not attempt to manipulate the evaluation system — for example by embedding instructions to the AI inside a submitted file, submitting content designed to influence a score rather than to answer the brief, or automating submissions.

Do not upload malware, attempt to access another user's data, probe or disrupt the platform's security, or scrape it.

Do not republish program briefs, tasks, or attachments outside the platform.

6. Your content and our content

You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant us a licence to store, process, and display your submissions for the purpose of running the platform: evaluating your work, generating your feedback, reports and certificates, and showing them back to you.

The platform itself — programs, briefs, rubrics, software, and branding — belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own learning and for nothing else.

7. Paid programs

REEX programs are currently free to use. We do not take payments and there is nothing to refund.

If we introduce paid programs, the price, what it includes, and the refund terms that apply will be shown before you pay, and we will update these terms before charging anyone.

8. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep REEX available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the platform, including individual programs.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use REEX after that means you accept the updated terms.

9. Ending your access

You can stop using REEX and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting reextech0@gmail.com.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

10. Liability

REEX is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by the law of Jordan, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any career, academic, or financial outcome you attribute to a program, a score, or a certificate.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, and the courts of Jordan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
